DMCA Policy
At Medvedev Dubai Champion, we are committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) Policy outlines our procedures for addressing alleged copyright infringement on our website and how copyright holders can submit a notice of claimed infringement.
In accordance with the DMCA, we will respond promptly to valid notifications of alleged copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent. If we receive such a notification, we will take whatever action we deem appropriate, including removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material, and, in cases of repeated infringement, terminating the accounts of repeat infringers.
Filing a Notice of Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on Medvedev Dubai Champion infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a written notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (please consult your legal counsel or see 17 U.S.C. Section 512(c)(3) to confirm these requirements):

- Information reasonably sufficient to permit Medvedev Dubai Champion to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Please note that under 17 U.S.C. 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent containing the following information (please consult your legal counsel or see 17 U.S.C. Section 512(g)(3) to confirm these requirements):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Medvedev Dubai Champion may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of alleged infringement.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will promptly forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notification. If the complaining party does not file an action seeking a court order against you within 10-14 business days, we may, at our sole discretion, restore the removed material or enable access to it.
